You can make a whistleblowing complaint by using our online form or by downloading a complaint form here. Before you complete the form we recommend you read some information about complaining to the INWO. If you need a paper form to be sent to you, or to have the complaints form in another language or format (large print, Braille, audio, BSL), please contact us using the details below.

This service is open to all NHS providers, staff and members of the public.
The INWO team will be available to offer the following advice:
- Information to anyone wanting to raise a concern about NHS Scotland
- Advice and signposting for whistleblowers who raised their concerns about the NHS before 1 April 2021
- Support and advice on implementation of the National Whistleblowing Standards
- General enquiries from members of the public.

In person
If you would like to visit our office in person, you must arrange an appointment first by phoning 0800 008 6112 or using our online contact form. We will not accept visitors without an appointment. We are open Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday 9am-5pm; Tuesday 10am-5pm.

If you require our communications in other languages and formats (such as large print, BSL or Braille), please visit our Accessibility webpage or contact us.
If you are visiting us in person, Bridgeside House is wheelchair accessible. There is an access ramp from the street to the building doorway and a video intercom which is at an accessible height. The building also has a lift.
There is metered on-street parking directly outside the front of Bridgeside House and a dropped kerb to the right of the building where McDonald Road meets Papermill Wynd.
